Cadejo Returns & Exchanges Policy

Exchanges: At Cadejo, our commitment is to deliver quality products that meet your expectations. If for any reason your Cadejo Belt Bag does not meet this commitment, please reach out to us for an exchange.

Process for Exchanges:

  1. Contact us via our website's contact form and provide details of the issue.
  2. Attach clear photos showing the damage or defect.
  3. Upon approval, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the damaged product.
  4. Pack the Cadejo Belt Bag securely and include any original packaging.
  5. Once Canada Post confirms receipt of your returned package, we'll dispatch your replacement bag immediately.

Terms & Conditions for Exchanges:

  1. Exchanges are available exclusively for customers within Canada.
  2. Items to be exchanged must be returned within 15 days from the date of initial delivery.
  3. Products must be in new, unused condition with tags, and packaging intact. Items should be free from crumbs, stains, smells, or any other signs of use.
  4. We reserve the right to inspect returned items before processing an exchange.
  5. For bulk returns involving 3 or more units, there may be a minimal shipping fee for the return.
  6. At this time, the Cadejo Belt Bag is our only product and is the sole item eligible for exchange.
  7. Refunds are not available; we offer exchanges only.
  8. Price adjustments are available if an item is purchased within 24 hours before a sale goes live. Price adjustments are not available after this window.

Shipping: For approved exchanges, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label. You will need to send back the damaged product using this label. As soon as Canada Post confirms the receipt of your package, we'll send out a replacement.

Limitations:

  1. Any exchange request made without prior communication and approval will not be entertained.
  2. We strive to be fair and hope our customers reciprocate. We reserve the right to decline exchange requests in situations where we believe the return policy is being abused.
